“Henley Beach Walk is approximately 10km’s from Adelaide’s CBD. This trail stretches from Henley Square to Glenelg Beach for approximately 7.6km. The trail forms part of the much longer Coast Park Path, therefore, walk as far as you like before returning. This walk is also suited to runners.
The wide paved path follows the beautiful coastline offering stunning views. There are plenty of opportunities to stop for a play or paddle on the clean, safe beach. The newly updated square in Henley has great fountains for the kids to play in as well as grassy areas for picnics. You’ll find plenty of seats and flat areas for a quick nappy change or feed.
There’s a cosmopolitan vibe all along the beachfront with plenty of cafes and restaurants to visit. It’s a lovely place to meet up with friends, enjoy a day out with the family or spend some time just you and the kids. Dogs are welcome on a leash.”
