About this walk

Morialta Conservation Park is a stunning rugged gorge system only 15 minutes from Adelaide, at the base of the Adelaide Hills.

The First Falls Valley Walk takes approx 25 mins one way. The sealed track has a slight gradient all the way and is both pram and wheelchair (with assistance) accessible.

The walkway includes several bridges which cross the meandering creek. View the impressive First Falls from a boardwalk and platform.  To see the falls at their best, visit the park during spring or winter when the water flow is strongest.

Morialta Conservation Park is a wildlife haven – be sure to encourage the kids to look for Koalas.

The Mukanthi playspace, Adelaides biggest playspace, is located near accessible parking, toilets and barbecue areas. This playspace has rave reviews as an outdoor area that engages and encourages children’s imagination and is well worth a visit.

For more information contact National Parks South Australia.  Entrance fees apply.

The park is open to vehicle traffic from 8.30 am to 15 minutes before sunset.

Gates closed Christmas Day.

Pram Walks welcomes everyone to add a walk to our site. Fill in the form and we’ll publish your walk.
